My new growth was killing my box braids and I knew I needed a different look for Curves Rock Weekend. I didn’t have time to order weave and get a sew in and I wanted to take a break from braids since I’ve been rocking different type of box braids since May. Hairsister was running a promo code so I started to look at the wigs. Hairsisters is my go to wig site because I’ve been dealing with them since 2005. When I was in the Army and living overseas it was just easier to get wigs and that was when half wigs were in hard. I preferably like curly synthetic wigs because they don’t look all shiny and fake. Sometimes with straight synthetic wigs look wiggy. Also when I go curly I go big. I love big hair and I’m not from Jersey bahahaha. Also I order the wig on a Monday before 4pm so it could same day ship. I did regular shipping because I’m frugal and ordered them early. I got the wigs on Wednesday.
When it comes to lace front wigs I HATE the straight hairline that looks like you used a marker to put it on. I have some leave out in the front so I can play like it my hair bahahaha. Also the lace itches me and breaks me out so I cut as much off as I can. I got so many compliments with this wig that I just order the one with red on top.
