For you Ladies going to FFFWeek and procrastinate on getting a room, don’t want to or can’t afford the hosting hotels, the below list is some alternatives. Please be advised rates change so when I started this research it was cheap. I’m not from NY so I looked for ones in a 3 mile or less radius also go on Trip Advisor and see their reviews. I’ve never stayed at any of these except Hotel Pennsylvania. I stayed there Super bowl weekend 2011 to go to a Knicks game and it was OK it was nothing to boost about the decor is outdated. We stayed there 3 days and it was basically just to sleep in because we were out and about a lot plus it was $100 a night. It’s not that price now FYI. Now of course NJ hotels would be cheaper but paying for a taxi from there is ridiculous I would suggest you use public transportation. If you have AAA or any other discount programs check them out for a discount rate.
On Trip Advisor I searched under Hotels for ratings I didn’t read the reviews. So the # next to the hotel name is based out of 434.
If you are coming with a group or know other people that are going I would suggest Home Away or Air Bnb. Please be advised you need to always have a plan B when making plans with other people. June is a long ways from now where pop up situations can happen with person you want to share a room with.
