Tionna Smalls gave a workshop and it was nothing but real. She is just like on TV. There are no games, no scripts, and no nonsense. It was such an inspiring panel. Everyone was engaged which I loved. Tionna has a awesome insight into the male dating mind, so she is able to give great advice. Moreover, she lets you know that you have treats ourselves with self-respect, not to lose our minds with desperation and lower our standards for any man who is not worth us. The concept of high-value woman is empowering and so very true.
