I did the 1st plus size princess fitness (PSPFit)  cycle in the spring and I did great. Everyone in the group is so motivational and no judging. See I suck at working out. I go through these things were I can go hard for 2 months then quit and take 5 months off. I went from a size 20 to 16 doing the 1st cycle. I started clean eating and working out 5 days a week. I notice I do really good in group settings. I know what you’re thinking we don’t live by each other how can we workout together? Thank God for technology let me break it down.

Fitness APPS
FIT Radio — I love this app (I can only work out to rap or DMA) I use it for all my playlist instead of taking time making on it has all the genres and if you don’t like a mix you can skip it. It’s free but they provide a no commercial premium service.

Couch to 5K — it is a fantastic program that’s been designed to get just about anyone from the couch to running 5 kilometers or 30 minutes in just 9 weeks. It’s free for 2 weeks but if you download a link program it’s free and the program is also free too.

Fitbit — I have this pedometer and try to do 10,000 steps a day.
