Once I received the kit the instructions were pretty easy. You can be on your own schedule. I have an office job, so I wore my teeth whitening trays at work for 45 minutes. Depending on your stains and teeth sensitivity you can wear it as little as 30 minutes up to 3 hours. I have teeth sensitivity so I used vaseline on my gums to minimize tingling. I’m really happy with my results, and you will see more teeth on the blog lol.
