When it comes to fashion magazines we all know about In Style, Marie Claire, Vogue, etc. Do you know all about the plus size magazines that are out there? If you’re an aspiring plus size model these are the magazine you need to be checking for and networking. If you are not trying to be a model but love fashion these magazines are for you also. Every time I read them I found out about brands I never knew of and check their sites out. Some are in regular rotation with my wallet. The magazine also puts a name with the faces. I remember when I first seen the beautiful Griselangel Paula (check out her Custom Plus site fun t-shirts for women) on Forever 21 when I was shopping. Then all of sudden she was everywhere and I’m like who is the woman. Then by reading Plus Model Magazine I found out lol. There is a difference for me in looking at magazines. When I read Marie Claire and see a cute outfit and can’t body wise relate to it because I’m not a size 4. When I read plus size magazines and see a model I can picture myself in the same fit and it’s just more realistic for me. One thing that I love is the fact that all the models are different shape, sizes, and from all over the world I love diversity. Plus size is considered size 12 and up. When someone is a size 24 they don’t always want to look at size 14 models. Check out the list of plus size magazines go to their sites and subscribe you won’t be disappointed.
