No, I’m not talking about the Department of Motor Vehicles lol. The DMV is the acronym for the tri-state Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. I recently moved to Maryland and found a banging shopping hot spot. Pike & Rose located in North Bethesda. Pike & Rose is a great mix of open-air boutiques and shops, all in a charming, walkable neighborhood with a happening street scene.
One of my favorite perks is that parking is free for the first two hours. I have a gym membership at the Sports & Health gym located there (I don’t do two hours lol more like 30 minutes). The free parking is very convenient for iPic Movie Theater. Speaking of iPic, it’s awesome. It’s an upscale theater with plush seating. If you get the premium tickets, you’re provided a blanket and your luxury chair reclines. The cinema also offers cocktails, gourmet meals, and in-theater waiter/waitress service.
