I wanted to do something a little different. I love sneakers but it’s not all about Jordan. I thought these were amazing I put them in my “If I had long money” category lol.
Angelo Ruggeri, design director of Sergio Rossi displayed at the Milan Furniture Fair a new collection of sneakers. The sneakers are a tribute to the Italian artistic movement Arte Povera. The shoes mix inspirations from artists such as Alighiero Boetti and Sergio Rossi’s gold zipper signature.
The sneakers were handmade in Italy. It took five hours to embroider a pair with crocodile skin under the colorful and graphic prints.
These sneakers are limited edition that will drop in October. I couldn’t find the gender or price. I’m assuming they are women because of the heels embroider on them.
