bad boy reunion

Like always I waited to the last minute to get my outfit for the Bad Boy reunion concert. I had ample time to plan, but I was waiting for a sale. My neighbor signed for my package and didn’t answer the door before my bus to New York City. When I hit the city, I shot straight to Forever 21 because you already know there is always something to find there. I already had the limited edition 2005 Bad Boy X Adidas sneakers that I copped of eBay for $50 (pre-owned). I just needed a dress that was sneaker friendly. See I don’t wear heels to concerts. I usually take public transportation because parking fees are outrageous, the lines are always long to enter the venue, and there are always stairs. I only last a good two hours before I start walking funny in them. So for me, I plan my concert outfits around sneakers or cute flats.

I bought the Crisscross Dress and wore it backward because it conflicted with my necklace. Unless you were up on me, you couldn’t see the line going down my front. Also, the crisscross fits perfectly on the front or the back of your body.

I didn’t take a lot of pictures at the concert because I was dancing and singing the whole show. To see the artist that helped me get thru my awkward teenage years was a dream come true. I’m a music buff and listen to 90s music more than anything. It was nice to see everyone come together, artist after artist to put on an banging show. Some of my friends are tired of me talking about the concert, but it was so good that I’m buying Washington DC tickets and planned to be hype all over again in September. Wild Out (In my Lox voice)!
