I hit up the Grand Opening of Saks Off 5th and was amazed. It’s two stories of shopping goodness. You know I went straight to the shoe section. I need new booties, and it was hard to choose. The prices were fantastic, especially on designer names. The retailer offers luxury designer items up to 70 percent off what they sell for in traditional Saks stores or other high fashion retailers.
