under the Influence of Music Tour

While visiting my family and friends out of town, my bestie and I went to the “Under the Influence of Music Tour”. I scored the tickets off Groupon for $20 I was surprised that we were in a good section for that price. There was a moment that I felt hella old because I had no idea who some of the rappers in the lineup was bahaha. I really just wanted to see Jeezy I freaking love his music.

Two newcomers that stood out to me was Rich Homie Quan and Ty Dolla $ign. Those two did an awesome job.

I put some thought into my outfit. Since it was an outside concert I wanted to be cute but not like I tried hard. The concert was hella long 6pm to sometime after 11pm. I’m a person that dances at concerts even though my rhythm never matches the music we had a blast.

I went to Fashion to Figure for their semiannual sale and got the cute Kimono for $25 (check your local store not on site). I like Kimonos because they add pizzazz to a simple outfit. I plan to buy more. The Forever 21 shorts (check your local store not on site) are shorter than I usually rock shorts but nothing was popping out so I was good. I like my t-shirts loose fitting so I always hit up Old Navy for their Perfect Crew-Neck Tees. The t-shirt fabric is not too thin or too heavy it’s a perfect flattering balance. I’ve been rocking my one cent sandals from DSW a lot, they really worked with the look.
